A Matterport 3D model is a realistic digital twin model of your space which allows you to view and appreciate your property anywhere and anytime at your convenience.

It will take approximately anywhere between 45 mins to 2.5 hours to complete a scan of a property. More time will be required for bigger spaces.

It is best that you are out of view from the camera when the scanning takes place. Fewer people present would be more appropriate to avoid capturing any person’s image on the 3D model.

Yes! You may incorporate information such as images of floor plans, views, appliance details, or even maps to be shown on the 3D tour model.

Depending on your scan package, typically we have included 3 months of free hosting, which we estimate would be the time required for you to transact.

We are able to customize our Matterport 3D model and walk-through video to include your name, business logo, or contact information for effective marketing.

We would be providing photos for every room in your scanned unit. As for 360° photos, there are additional charges for this at $15 per scan. These 360° photos can be linked back into your Matterport tour to showcase areas such as the lift lobby and swimming pool.

Yes, we are able to blur out faces as well as any items that are sensitive and not to be displayed.
